Shipping Rates are detailed at check out. We do offer a free pick up option and delivery within Christchurch City and Rolleston. We do not ship overseas.

Items sent within New Zealand will be delivered to the address given within 2 – 4 working days.

If your address is rural please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case.

Once your order is packed, we will send you an email.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some delay with Public Holidays.

You may contact us should you wish to query or track your item if it has not been delivered within the specified time period.

We will let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Pick-up option is available. In this instance, we will contact you directly once your order is ready so as that we can arrange a mutually good time for pick up.
